CODERE Corporation SYSTEM250 Modular Bell-Type Heat Treatment Furnace

For customers troubled by "distortion" from heat treatment! [Batch-type heat treatment line] Fully automatic atmosphere control system, flexible line configuration with modular units.

The SYSTEM250 furnace operates with a very simple sliding system (along with the processed parts). This movement takes place under a protective atmosphere gas, ensuring that your processed parts (load) do not come into contact with the atmosphere. The processed parts are protected by the atmosphere of the heating furnace throughout all heat treatment processes within the heat treatment line. No work locks are required during transport inside the furnace. Overview • In a modular heat treatment line composed of functionally separated and independent bell-type heating furnaces and quenching tanks, the processed parts are directly transferred to the quenching tank. • The transfer of processed parts from the heating furnace to the quenching tank is achieved simply by sliding the heating furnace while maintaining the atmosphere and enclosing the processed parts. • The transfer time from the heating furnace to the quenching tank is less than 15 seconds. Features • By simultaneously adopting various quenching options, a rich combination of heating/quenching heat treatment can be achieved on the same heat treatment line. • It is easy to expand or add processing capacity and heat treatment as needed. • Ideal for small to medium-sized part manufacturing that requires flexibility in heat treatment parameters (temperature, atmosphere). • Perfect for thin, long parts that carry a risk of distortion. • There is no temperature loss when transferring processed parts to quenching while maintaining the atmosphere inside the heating furnace.
